Sumer is one of the best sites as regards sighting of wild animals and birds. It is situated in the foot hills of Aravali, on Desuri-Jojawar road, and is a part of Kumbhalgarh wildlife sanctuary. Sumer is surrounded by a big patch of dry deciduous Dhok forest in almost plain terrain.

A staying facility of two rooms has been developed here along with an artificial water hole. Sighting of a variety of animals & birds like Leopard, Sloth bear, Sambar, Wild boar, Civet and Gray Jungle fowl from the view point is an unforgettable moment when they wild animal come here to quench their thirst in the summers.
