Thandi beri eco-destination is situated in Kumbhalgarh wildlife sanctuary . As the name suggest, Thandi beri is a cool place. Its location on the bank of a tank and dense forested make the site a thing of beauty and a joy forever. Approach from Kumbhalgarh to Thandi beri is through a 14Km. long forest trek, interspersed by seasonal nallas having rich fauna & forest diversity.

On the way tourist can have a look of historical shooting boxes or ‘Oudis’ used by a erst while rulers for hunting but now converted into ‘view points’ for animal and birds sighting . A two room staying facility has been developed here. Animals & birds usually sighted are Sambar, Wild boar, Grey jungle fowl & Yellow footed green pigeon, Leopard, Four horned antelope and Sloth bear are also spotted occasionally. Crocodiles are easily seen basking on the exposed surface in the nearby anicut.
