Poonga Talab is a village on the boundary of Sitamata wildlife Sanctuary  in between Dhariyawad and Jakham dam. It is surrounded by dense forest having the richest biodiversity in Rajasthan. Two cottages and tree huts, accommodation for staying has been development here in the vicinity of a Bamboo grove, which gives it a unique jungle look.
Trekking along the nature path and flowing streams of the adjoining forests is a memorable thing for the eco-tourists. There is a chance of sighting of animals like Four horned, Antelope, Pangolin & Flying squirrel.
